The affidavit of service filed by the petitioner in Court today be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.7 is present. None appears for the State in spite of service. It appears from the representation made by the petitioner dated 22nd August, 2022 being Annexure P7 to the writ petition that petitioner has requested the respondent District Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur to initiate an investigation against the person to whom employment has been given in place of her husband missing from 2010 alleged to be abducted by the maoist and for consideration of the petitioner's appointment of compassionate ground as per the relevant existing scheme and for financial aid and it is the grievance of the petitioner that till date nothing

has been done by the District Magistrate concerned on the basis of her representation dated 27th August, 2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as appears from record and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 22098 of 2022 is disposed off by directing the respondent District Magistrate concerned to consider the prayer of the petitioner made in the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and interested parties or their authorized representatives within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks after taking such decision.
