Affidavit of service filed in Court be kept with the records. 2.

Status report filed by the State be kept with the records. 3.

Copy of deposition of the witnesses already examined filed in court today be also kept with the records. 4.

We see that the victim girl, about 15 years of age at the time of the incident, clearly narrates the heinous incident of how her 'jamaibabu' ravished her. We are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage.

CRM (DB) 3065 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.

We find from the status report that 7 out of 14 charge sheet named witnesses have already been examined. The next schedule is fixed on December 9, 10 and 11, 2024. We request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial to the extent possible and

conclude the same on an early date in view of the fact that the petitioner is already in custody for 417 days. 7.
