Petitioner no. 1 is the father of the petitioner no. 2. The petitioner no. 1 made a representation dated January 30, 2023 before respondent no. 6 for appointment of petitioner no. 2 to any post on casual basis. In the said representation, the petitioner no. 1 contended that his father and uncle jointly donated some land for the college, on which the college building had been constructed subsequently.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said representation has not yet been considered by respondent no.6.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 6 to consider the prayer of the petitioners as appearing at page 27 of the writ petition within a period of one month from date. Accordingly, WPA 21712 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
