1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had set the victim lady on fire. Her statement is corroborated by medical evidence. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
