The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Assistant Manager (F&A), P.F, West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd., to intimate the petitioner as to the steps to be taken with regard to disbursement of family pension. Such information will reach the petitioner within one month from the date of communication of this order.

It is submitted that all the necessary documents have been forwarded to the employees provident fund authority on June 23, 2009.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
