This matter is listed for correction of a typographical mistake which has been inadvertently crept in the order dated 22.05.2025.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the first line of the 8th paragraph of the order dated 22.05.2025, the case number has wrongly been typed as 'CRR 590 of 2011' instead of 'CRA 590 of 2011'.

This mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 22.05.2025.
