It appears that the workman being dis-satisfied with an award dated 11th June, 2019 challenging his dismissal on 22nd February, 2008 had filed this writ petition. The writ petition appeared in the list on 14th December, 2020 and was adjourned as the petitioner remained unrepresented though the respondent no.2 was present. No further steps were taken by the petitioner since then.

It appears that over the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous and as such the petitioner is no more interested to argue the same. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of

without any order.
