After some argument Mr Banerjee, learned Advocate for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for implementation of the order of status quo.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for by the learned Advocate of the petitioner.
