Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Records of this revisional application reflect that by an order dated 30.03.2022, an application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 1488 of 2022 was preferred before a Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court and the same was withdrawn. Consequently, the anticipatory bail was dismissed. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no order of acquittal or conviction being recorded in the final judgement. The petitioner did not face the trial and was absconding through out. Never he was arrested in connection with the case, neither he appeared or surrendered in connection with the instant case. The prayers as such, which have been advanced before this Court, are absolutely against the settled propositions of law and cannot be entertained by this Court.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3433 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
