Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner complains that since after the last Assembly Election made in 2021, she has been forced out of her house for certain rival political party.

The police have registered an FIR being Hemnagar Coastal PS CS No. 47 of 2021 dated October 20, 2021 against Koushik Das, Sandipan Das, Tanmoy Das, Shanti Das, Biswajit Das, Ayan Das and Maya Das.

It is expected that the investigation into the subject FIR be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from date, if not already done.

The Hemnagar Coastal Police Station shall assist the petitioner in returning back to her residence once again.

6.

If, however, there are civil disputes as regards the ownership of the property, the assistance of the police shall abide by any order that may be passed by the Civil Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

The report of the Hemnagar Coastal Police Station dated 25.09.2022 is kept with the record.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
