By the instant petition the petitioner has pray for extension of time granted by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 20.02.2024 on the ground that certified copy of the order was not made available to the petitioner and as such he could not comply with the court's order within the period directed to surrender.

Accordingly, an extension of time to surrender is prayed for. Considering the said fact and the materials on record, the order dated 20.02.2024 granting time till 08.03.2024 is extended till 18th April, 2024.
