Let the order dated January 31, 2023 passed in WPA 20250 of 2016 be recalled.

Let the writ petition being WPA no. 20250 of 2016 be restored in its original file and number. Conceding to the prayer made by Ms. Iti Dutta, learned counsel for the State, time for filing affidavit-inopposition is being extended hereby till two weeks after vacation.

Affidavit-in-reply, if any, be filed within one week thereafter.
