1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 31 of 2019 pending before the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the instant suit is pending since 2019 and defendants did not file any written statement. In support of his contention he enclosed the relevant orders in connection with the instant revisional application.

3. However, considering all facts and circumstances, this court finds no need to ask the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties.

4. Accordingly, service upon the opposite paries is thus dispensed with.

5. Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur is requested to dispose of the

Title Suit No. 31 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

9. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur as well as to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties before the Court of Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur as well as the opposite parties.
