Petitioner will approach Kalna Police Station on 21st September, 2025 as she complains that she is unable to bring out her belongings which are mainly wearing apparels, beddings and other materials which are referred to in the representation.

Petitioner would preferably approach the police station by 12.00 p.m. on 21.09.2025. Police authorities would provide necessary escort for taking out the belongings.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate, appears for the respondent nos.4 and 5.

Respondents are directed to make themselves available on 21st September, throughout the day.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21887 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
