After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the respondent nos.2 and 3 being the West Bengal Forest Development Corporation Limited, the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the said respondents to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioners on 17th May, 2022 within a period of two weeks from date. The respondents shall hear the petitioners and any other interested parties before passing a reasoned order. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing such reasoned order.

W.P.A.22119 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above.
