1. I have considered the materials on record. Proceeding was instituted in 2022. An application under section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act has been filed and is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Alipore, since 2022.

2. In view of the nature of the order I propose to pass, no notice need be served upon the opposite parties.

3. Under such circumstances, we direct the learned trial judge to consider the said application as expeditiously as possible and pass an appropriate order thereon without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties.

4. With the aforesaid direction the revisional application is disposed of.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
