None appears for the respondent in spite of service.

Considering the submission of the petitioner and facts and circumstance of the case as appears from record that petitioner is aggrieved by inaction on the part of the Secretary of the concerned society/ respondent No. 4 not considering his representation for payment of his due pension as part of retiral benefit and other benefits details of which would appear from the said representation.

Considering the submission of the petitioner this writ petition being WPA 22121 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 22nd July, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking

order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or it's authorized representatives, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
