The private respondents are not represented despite service.

It appears from the report that the order dated October 24, 2025 has been complied with by the police authority. A specific case has been started and the police authority has undertaken to keep strict vigil at the residential area of the petitioner to avoid any untoward incident and also to maintain peace and tranquility in the area.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
