Considering the nature of dispute involved in this writ petition which relates to building in question alleged to be constructed by encroaching Government land admittedly by the petitioner. Considering the nature of relief, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner in this writ petition being WPA 21734 of 2023 and accordingly the same is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the petitioner to avail the remedy available to him before any appropriate forum.
