We have considered the materials on record. No recovery was made from the petitioner. Accordingly, he was released on interim bail. Neither is there any development in investigation nor adverse report is placed on record.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail of the petitioner subject to the same terms and conditions.
