The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents obtained Rs.16,48,000/- from the petitioner for getting government jobs within three months. The petitioner has not got any job.

The private respondents have thus cheated him by giving false assurances and have extracted money. 3.

The petitioner has lodged a complaint with the Mangalkote Police Station and the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman on 1st August, 2022, but in vain.

The writ petitioner may take out appropriate proceedings under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
