Heard the submissions of both the learned Advocates. 2.

Perused the materials from the case diary and the statement made by the various witnesses under Section 180 of the BNSS, the contents of the complaint and that the role attributed herein by the present petitioner being the husband of the deceased.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the seriousness attached to it and that the trial has been progressed, this Court is not inclined to pass any favourable order to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
