Suit No.3600 of 2017, pending before learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, at Serampore, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

The only contention expressed by the petitioner/husband is against delay caused in disposal of the suit.

As per submission disclosed by petitioner, that there is a Misc. Case No.61 of 2018 pertaining the alimony matter, which has not yet been disposed of. No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, at Serampore in Mat Suit No.3600 of 2017 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of pending alimony matter vide Misc. Case No.61 of 2018, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable, preferably before the end of May, 2023. The logical conclusion of the suit may be reached thereafter, subject to suitability and convenience of the court below, but without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to this case. With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and her learned advocate in the court below.
