None appear on behalf of either parties when the matter is called on today.

It is evident that the present case is appearing in the list from 6th September 2022 and has been called on every day since thereafter when neither of the parties were ever represented. Hence today the matter is taken up for disposal on merit in absence of the parties.

Petitioners has challenged in this revision the entire proceedings being ACGR No.4665 of 2014 arising out of Survey Park Police Station Case No.315 of 2014 dated 20.07.2014 under Sections 498A/323/406/506 of IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 4th Court at Alipore, an order of the Magistrate dated 19.03.2015 is also under challenge in this case. Petitioner has aggrieved of a proceeding initiated against them by his wife and put forth the ground that the said criminal proceeding is only maliciously initiated against them. Therefore the petitioners have prayed for an order of this court to quash and set aside the entire proceeding in the case as mentioned above.

The grounds pleaded by the petitioner appear to be not sufficient and cogent to ensure an order as prayed for him. Hence petitioner's prayer as above is found to be meritless. Accordingly on the finding as above the present revision case being CRR 2815 of 2015 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
