For the State - respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions of bail granted on 13.11.2025 and intends to enter the jurisdiction of Chakdaha Police Station. Having considered that the case is under section 64 of the BNS and the fact that the victim stays adjacent to the house of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to waive such condition. It is also submitted that witness action has not commenced. As such, in case, there is any urgency, the petitioner will file an application before the Court in seisin of the case. It would be the exclusive domain of the learned court in seisin of the case to exercise its discretion and pass necessary order(s) according to the urgency and/or other exigencies pleaded by the petitioner.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
