Mrs. Sahu learned advocate appearing for the State submits a memo of evidence.

On perusal of the same, I do not find that there is a clear target point indicated or any indication as to why the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C is still kept pending in such nature of offence which has been complained of.

Having regard to the same, until and unless there are any exceptional circumstances, the Investigating Officer is directed to

submit his report under Section 173 Cr.P.C before the jurisdictional court on or before 20th December, 2022.

The application for relaxation of the condition of bail presently is not considered and the petitioner is granted liberty to file such an application of relaxation of the condition of bail after the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed before the jurisdictional court.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of the condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
