The petitioner filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering the process for his verification which could not be considered due to his absence on medical ground.

It is also the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's representation in the aforesaid regard made on August 1, 2022 being Annexure P/8 at page 37 of the writ petition in the aforesaid regard is pending which has not been considered till date. Considering the submissions of the parties, the WPA 22137 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated August 1, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a

reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
