Review is sought of the order dated 08.02.2023. The petitioners seek deletion of the observations in the first line of the fourth paragraph of the third page of the order. Such observation was made in the facts of the case and cannot be deleted in the review application. However, insofar as the fifth paragraph on the third page of the said order, the following sentence shall be added after the first sentence:

"This is subject to any order passed in pending revisional proceeding before this Court".

With the aforesaid observations, RVW 209 of 2023 is disposed of.
