In such facts and circumstances, if the petitioner is transferred, the school will face immense difficulty as it is impossible to run the school by only one teacher.

Therefore, the prayer of the petitioner is not entertained at this stage. However, if the teacher student ratio goes down by appointment of any other teacher in that school the petitioner can renew this prayer.

The report filed by the State is kept on record. With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
