Mr. Brijesh Giri, Mr. Badal Singh ...for the petitioner In a suit for partition, petitioner attempted to move an injunction application. Some documents were produced by the petitioner in support of the prayer for injunction. Some discrepancies were noticed on some documents. The court below to effectively address the injunction application called for a report after doing necessary verification in respect of some documents, disclosed in the order impugned.

It is contended by the learned advocate for the petitioner that verification report has been directed to be furnished on 9th of December, 2022.

It is thus further contended that in the absence of the verification report, the hearing of the injunction application gets delayed.

That being the position, there is hardly any scope for any further elaboration.

The revisional application stands disposed of directing the court below to hear out the injunction application, subject to the availability of the report of

verification, if necessary upon preponing the date to the extent possible, and for depending upon the suitability and convenience of the court below. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite parties and their learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
