Accordingly, after receiving an E-mail from the SHO, Aliganj Police Station, Lucknow, a prayer was submitted before the learned Magistrate, 6th Court, Alipore to issue fresh warrant of arrest. The same was sent to the SHO, Aliganj Police Station. The Uttar Pradesh Police held several raids at the residence of the private respondent as mentioned by the petitioner. But, the private respondent could not be found. In fact, the erstwhile owners of the said premises had sold away the property to another person. But, there is no information about the whereabouts of the private respondent available with the UP police.

In this circumstances, let the petitioner furnish further details of the private respondent before the learned Magistrate to have necessary process issued against the petitioner in order to secure his attendance. In their efforts to trace out the private respondent in pursuance of warrant of arrest that is/may be issued against the private respondent, the police authorities shall be at liberty to inquire into the matter further by trying to obtain necessary details about the private respondent's whereabouts from his employer as well as his relatives. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
