The petitioner alleges that no steps have been taken by the police authority in spite of the fact that a complaint has been lodged by the petitioner. Learned Advocate for the State files a report of the Officer-in-Charge, Samserganj P.S., Jangipur dated September 12, 2024.

It appears from the said report that after completion of investigation Samserganj P.S. Charge sheet No.411/2024 dated July 26, 2024 has been filed.

It will be open to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law before the jurisdictional Magistrate if the petitioner is aggrieved.

With the above observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
