Mr. Anupam Singh, legal staff of the legal cell of Uttar Dinajpur district, is present in Court. He has handed over a report dated 6th July, 2023 issued by the IC, Chopra Police Station, Uttar Dinajpur and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that the investigation was completed much earlier of this Court's order dated 12th April, 2022. Charge sheet being Chopra Police Station Charge Sheet No.354/2019 dated 31st May, 2019 under sections 447, 506 and 34 of the IPC has been filed. 3.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
