The petitioner has filed an application for recalling of the order dated 24.11.2025. The petitioner submits that on that date the matter was listed in the monthly list at serial no. 292 but all of a sudden, this Court has taken up a hearing due to which the learned counsel for the petitioner could not appear before this Court and accordingly, the writ petition was dismissed. 2.

Today when the application was taken up for hearing, this Court requested the petitioner to argue the matter on merit so that the writ application along with CAN 1 of 2025 can be disposed of.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to argue the matter on merit with regard to the writ application.

Accordingly, the CAN 1 of 2025 is dismissed.
