The petitioner being the mother-in-law is in custody since 3rd June, 2025. The charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

The learned prosecutor raises strong objection. 3.

Having heard the learned Advocates and going into to the materials on record and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to pass any favourable order to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected. 5.
