Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned Advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 1st of February, 2022 and after filing of the charge-sheet, till date charge has not been framed and next date is fixed for framing of charges on 22 of September, 2023. Learned Advocate submits that large number of witnesses have been relied upon by the prosecution to prove its case as such the trial of the case may take considerable period of time.

Having considered the submissions and the period of detention of the petitioner, I direct that the learned Trial Court would fix schedule of three dates for the purposes of the trial of this case and fix such schedule once in every 60 days after framing of charge on 22nd of September, 2023 or within a fortnight thereafter. In case any of the witnesses do not appear the learned Trial Court would direct the S.P.

ensuring that their appearance is ensured. No unnecessary adjournments be granted to any of the parties. The Public Prosecutor conducting the case would produce the material documents and exhibits on the dates fixed for examination of the witnesses. All stakeholders would cooperate with the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 3445 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
