Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of Airport P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025 dated 12.01.2025 having been registered for investigation, no steps have been taken by the police authorities and finally the police authorities submitted a final report concluding the same to be closed for want of evidence.

Learned advocate for the private respondents is present.

State has submitted a report in respect of Airport P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025. Final report has been submitted.

In view of the final report having been submitted before the jurisdictional court, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional court under the relevant provisions of law. In case

any application under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C. or under Section 193 of BNSS is filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate, learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the contentions and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22035 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
