Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Ratna Ghosh, learned Advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.

Petitioner is the de facto complainant who is aggrieved by the manner in which the investigation of the case is under progress. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner has drawn attention of the Court to the order dated 4th of July, 2022 wherein it is reflected that an order was passed on 16th of March , 2022 for further investigation but till date the report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. has not been filed in respect of further investigation. In case the police authorities till date have not been able to come to a conclusion, they would submit a progress report before the learned ACJM, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman by 30th of November, 2023 regarding the fate of the investigation and particularly the reasons for delay in submitting the report in Final Form before the concerned Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 3446 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
