The petitioner in the instant writ petition has challenged the order passed by the appellate authority with regard to re-measurement of the height and chest of the writ petitioner and thereby disqualifying him in the appointment.

As the writ petitioner has already made a representation before the Directorate General, BSF Nadia dated 30th August, 2025, no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this writ petition pending. 6.

Thus, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3 or any other authority which may be designated to consider the representation of the

petitioner dated 30th August, 2025 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned order.

Such disposal shall be made at an early date so that the matter with regard to the appointment of the petitioner does not become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 9.
