1. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the learned State counsel, I find the petitioner did not comply with the bail conditions of the previous case and there is an allegation from the side of the complainant that she was again assaulted along with her child.

2. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
