I have considered the contentions advanced in the writ petition which relates to dispute in respect of a property.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute so canvassed, I am of the view that the appropriate forum would be the jurisdictional civil court to adjudicate

the issues.

The petitioners have already approached the learned Executive Magistrate both under Section 126 and under Section 163 of the BNSS.

Having regard to the same, I direct the police authorities to ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place at the locale.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22375 of 2024 is disposed of.
