Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim lady shows active connivance of the petitioners in the crime. Petitioners had ravished the victim. Keeping in mind the involvement of the petitioners in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
