1. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present.
2. One joint compromise petition being CRAN 1 of 2025 has been filed by both the parties.
3. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties have submitted that the dispute between the parties has already been amicably settled and one Memorandum of Understanding has also been prepared with respect to all the cases pending between the parties accordingly.
4. The instant revisional application has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 23.06.2023 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Fast Track Court, Bichar Bhawan, Calcutta thereby directing the
petitioner/husband to make arrangement of alternative accommodation of 600 sq. ft of carpet area or to pay 10000/- per month towards rent. Petitioner/husband was further directed to pay 20000/- as maintenance and educational expenses of the child, thereby modifying the order of the learned Trial Court directing the petitioner/husband to make arrangement of alternative accommodation and to pay maintenance to the wife/opposite party herein and his son.
5. However, both the parties have entered into an amicable settlement by way of executing one Memorandum of Understanding.
6. In this circumstances, I do not find any reason to stand in the way of compromise.

Accordingly, both the judgment and order dated 23.06.2023 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Fast Track Court, Bichar Bhawan, Calcutta in Criminal Appeal No. 23 of 2023 and Criminal Appeal No. 29 of 2023 as well as judgment and order dated 13.01.2023 passed by the Learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta in connection with T.R. 4532 of 2023 arising out of Case No. M-05 of 2013 stands set aside.
8. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application along with connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
9. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for,
be given to the parties on usual undertakings. 10.
