1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the statement of the husband of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C directly implicating the petitioner, as one of the accused persons, who has physically assaulted the petitioner and such statement is corroborated by the statement of the other independent witnesses, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
