Heard the submission and perused the application and the reasons assigned therefore considering the facts and circumstances and the ground stated in the said application this Court is satisfied about the reasons for non-appearance of the learned advocate before the Court. Hence order passed by this Court on 16th February, 2026 is hereby recalled and restored to its original file and number.
