1. It is most unfortunate that the petitioner passed away during the pendency of the bail petitioner. According to the learned advocate representing the erstwhile petitioner, he was murdered in jail custody.

2. Since the petitioner is no more, this bail petition has become infructuous.

3. CRM(DB) 2984 is dismissed as infructuous.
