1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that this revisional application was filed with a payer for transfer of G.R. Case No. 354 of 2014 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Asansol Burdwan to learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia, Krishnagar.

2. It is further submitted that very case being G.R. Case No. 354 of 2014 has already been disposed of. Therefore, no question of transfer arises.

3. Given facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.

4. Connected application, if there be any, also stands dismissed.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
