The provisional statement of accounts has also been forwarded by the bank.

Let a copy of the provisional statement be forwarded to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the Fixed Deposit may be auto renewed as per the initial terms and conditions.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
