The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent authorities to cancel the appointment and licence of the respondent no. 11 as F.P. S.

Dealer and appoint the petitioner as F.P. S. Dealer in place of respondent no. 11 as most suitable candidate..

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the petitioner's representation dated 27.1.2025 has not been considered by the respondent no. 2 till date.

Accordingly, on hearing the parties and considering the

materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent nos. 4 and shall consider the representation dated 27.1.2025 filed by the petitioner before the said respondents within 60 days from the date of communication of this order on hearing all the parties and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order.

Writ application stands disposed of.
