The Report submitted by the O/C Howrah police station, HPC dated 05.08.2023 through the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court at Calcutta states that petitioner i.e. Susanta Kumar Ghosh has expired on 26.04.2021 supported by a copy of the death certificate. The said report along with death certificate be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the special leave to appeal is infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
